Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Retro Specs Wholesale portal (“Portal”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Portal. These Terms apply to all users, including applicants, approved resellers, and visitors.

The Portal is exclusively for business-to-business wholesale purchasing by approved TCG resellers. By applying for an account, you confirm that:

• You are operating as a legitimate reseller, retailer, or business entity
• The information provided in your application is accurate and complete
• You are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction

Retro Specs reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion, and to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

Prices are updated daily and are only valid on the day they are published. By submitting an order you are making a binding offer to purchase at the prices displayed. Orders are not confirmed until Retro Specs accepts them and sends a payment request.

All prices listed are landed cost to the US and include applicable tariffs and international freight. No additional import fees will be charged on standard orders.

Minimum order quantities apply per category and/or per product as shown on the Prices page. Orders that do not meet minimums will not be accepted.

Retro Specs reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at any time before shipment, including in the event of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or concerns about account legitimacy.

Payment is due upon receipt of our payment request. We accept PayPal, wire transfer, Zelle, and Wise. Orders are not packed or shipped until payment is confirmed.

Failure to pay within a reasonable time after a payment request may result in order cancellation and account suspension.

We ship orders after payment is confirmed. Shipping timeframes are estimates and Retro Specs is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon handoff to the carrier. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, notify us promptly so we can assist with any carrier claims.

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or we made a picking error. In those cases, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will work to resolve the issue.

Orders may be cancelled before payment is confirmed. Once payment is received and packing has begun, cancellations are not accepted.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@retrospecs.shop if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

All content on the Portal — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of Retro Specs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Portal for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information in your application or orders
• Resell access to the Portal or share your login credentials
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Portal
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or harms the Portal or other users

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retro Specs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal or any orders placed through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

The Portal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If that fails, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the courts in Retro Specs' place of business.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We'll update the effective date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
